Bud is a 10 year old who is an orphan. Bud transfers from foster home to shelter. He has a suitcase that goes wherever he is, and it's filled with everything precious to him. At his new foster home, he has to deal with being bullied physically by the family's 12 year old son, and getting in trouble for it.
